ATGBICS Calix® compatible 100-01666-C-40 SFP 1000Base-BX form factor network transceiver supports a distance of up to 40km over single-mode fibre (SMF) using a wavelength of 1310/1550nm via an LC Simplex connector. This product operates within a commercial temperature range. Digital optical monitoring (DOM) support is also present enabling real-time monitoring of the parameters of the fibre optic transceiver.

Instructions aren’t very clear. Takes a bit to figure out. Pretty cheap quality, but seems to be sturdy. The metal basket part of ours came rather bent and had to do some bending to get it to fit right. Decent size could be little thicker. They look good though once up.
