Innovacar's DL Lube is a clay bar lubricant that reduces friction and preserves bodywork paintwork from damage, while helping to remove contamination from surfaces and glass.

How to mechanically decontaminate the vehicle with the clay bar and DL Lube:

1. Before proceeding, thoroughly wash the vehicle and evaluate the residual contamination.
2. Mechanical decontamination with the clay bar is suitable if bodywork polishing is carried out, otherwise it will be better to proceed with chemical decontamination.
3. It is important to evaluate the contamination on the vehicle. To do this, it is possible to carry out the “bag test”, which entails inserting your hand into a plastic bag and gently wiping the bodywork. If the surface is rough to the touch, it means that decontamination is required.
4. Select the most suitable clay bar while paying attention to the degree of abrasion, based on the paint and contamination present.
5. Prepare the clay bar by mixing it and facilitate this by adding a couple of sprays of product.
6. Apply the product on the surface and proceed panel by panel in a crisscross manner, passing the clay bar horizontally from right to left all over the area and then start again vertically, from top to bottom, retracing the entire area.
7. Dry the area with a clean microfibre cloth.
8. Mix the clay bar and facilitate this with a spray of product and proceed according to the above instructions until the entire vehicle is completed.

Use: use the product undiluted.

As a lubricant for compounds and pads: DL Lube can be used to prolong the life of the cutting polish used in the polishing process, also reducing the dust generated by simply spraying the product onto the pad when it starts to become saturated. The recommended dilution is 1:8 to 1:10, i.e. use 90 ml to 110 ml of product and fill the rest with water (910 ml to 890 ml) to obtain 1L of ready-to-use solution.
