Care

General Maintenance: Repot once the plant has become rootbound, generally every couple of years. Repot in the spring.

Temperature: Thrives in room temperatures, between 16°C to 24°C.

Light: Needs bright indirect light, with some full sun. Watch for signs of leaf scorching. A bright windowsill is an ideal spot.

Watering: Keep consistently moist. Water when the top 1-2 inches of soil is dry. Water less frequently in the winter.

Fertilizer: Use a diluted liquid fertilizer once a month during the growing season (May - Aug). Do not fertilize directly after repotting, or during the winter.

Soil: Well-draining soil is preferred. Bonsai like their soil to be on the acidic side.
