The PanBlast WB1 is a compact water mist head for low-dust blasting. The WB1 is mounted in front of an existing blast nozzle and forms a water envelope around the blast stream after it has left the nozzle. This significantly reduces dust development during blasting, without the need to replace the complete blast nozzle.
Unlike a conventional wet blast nozzle, where water is injected directly into or at the nozzle, the PanBlast WB1 works as a separate attachment. The blast nozzle therefore remains responsible for the blast pattern and performance, while the WB1 applies a water mist around the air and abrasive stream. This makes the WB1 a practical solution when existing blasting equipment needs to be used with reduced dust levels.
The WB1 is made from lightweight, durable nylon and is quickly attached using three tensioning screws. The unit operates at standard water line pressure and is supplied with a connecting hose and flow regulation valve for adjusting the water flow.
