This book gives information about the descendants of Pierre Donchoz dit Reybaz, for as far as known to me. The first five generations lived in the village Viuz en Sallaz in the Haute Savoie. He married a German widow and settled there as a knife and scissors grinder. The family name was germanised to Danz.
His great-grandson Heinrich Danz moved to Amsterdam in the Netherlands in 1883 with his wife and five children. Five more children were born there, enough to generate substantial families with the surnames Danz, Van Vijnck (Vanvynck) and Van Teeseling.
This book gives information about 920 individuals in 15 generations. Of 681 of them a picture is presented.
