• SUGGESTED USAGE: Mix 1 serve of STEALTH NITROS with 300 to 400ml of water in your shaker and shake well until the powder is dissolved or well mixed. Do not add STEALTH NITROS directly to a glass of water and stir, must be shaken. Ideally taken 20 to 30 minutes pre-training or pre-workout.

  WARNING: NITROS is not suitable for children under 18 years of age or pregnant woman. Should only be used under medical or dietetic supervision. Always consult a licensed health care professional before use. NITROS is a strong pre-workout fusion and should not be used with other caffeinated products. Start the use of NITROS with 1/2 a scoop or less 20/30min before training to gauge personal tolerance. Once tolerance is determined take a max of 1 scoop per serving. Do not exceed 2 full serves per day. Do not take less than 4 hours before sleep. The use of too much caffeine may cause irritability, nervousness, sleeplessness or occasional rapid heartbeat. Beta-Alanine may cause a harmless, temporary tingling sensation or "flush" effect on the skin for some individuals.
