Installation: just pull out your old knob, keep the white plastic sleeve on the gearstick shaft, and then push the new one in. Boot Covers
Installation: the boot cover is designed to be large enough and you can cut some off depending on the height of your shifter. Remove (twist, unscrew) your old gear knob/handbrake. Then insert the knob/handbrake back into your car. The slits in the leather-lined up perfectly with the notches on the frame.
