Brewing Cacao
This is a mix of cacao nibs and cacao husks. When brewed it creates a comforting cacao flavoured beverage. Depending on the cacao's origin, the resulting brew could have a wild and lively profile, or a flavour that is more reminiscent of chocolate.
Use 2 tablespoons per cup of boiling water and steep for 5 to 10 minutes. Add milk and/or sugar to taste. French press works well. Add milk & sugar to taste, if desired.
