This weld test bending machine was designed and developed by Triangle Engineering to bend a welded metal specimen into a 180 degree "U" shape, thereby subjecting the weld deposit to extreme tension, commonly referred to as a bend test.
Designed for repeatable, accurate testing, this equipment accelerates bend preparation and evaluation so inspectors can verify weld integrity with confidence. It is engineered to give welders a faster, more consistent way to train and qualify, and it helps reduce the time and cost of welder qualification. The full range of ferrous and nonferrous bend test requirements of A.S.M.E. Section IX and A.W.S can be met with the adjustability of this machine.
- This machine performs guided bend testing of weld specimens using wrap-around method, which eliminates undue stress on specimen during bending.
- Bending arm powered by hydraulic motor, eliminating blown circuits.
- Heavy, rugged construction provides long service life in adverse conditions.
- Bending posts available from .125" to 4" diameter.
- Quick change tooling design makes interchanging bending posts fast.
- Conveniently plugs into 110 volt outlet for self-contained hydraulic system.

Pretty shelves for small space

Good quality shelves and easy to install once I used my own stronger anchors and screws. The ones provided were too weak and made the shelf unstable. I had to patch several holes in my wall before installing them correctly. If they had provided better quality anchors I would have rated it 5 stars. Still very happy with my purchase.

Flimsy and doesn’t hold weight

Do not buy this. The frame this comes with is so small and flimsy. I didn’t even have anything on the shelves yet and they were falling off the wall. The wood is a beautiful color but the quality is awful.
I had different floating shelves on the same wall and I included a picture of the thick metal frame those came with, also from Amazon to show how flimsy this brand is.

Really nice shelves well-made

Look nice, not sturdy or supportive

The color and thickness of the shelf is great. Very easy to install. But the wall mount portion is cheaply made and doesn’t support the shelf as well as it should. Once mounted the shelf leans forward and isn’t sturdy. After mounting, I found my items had slid off end up on the floor.
