It's their so-called entry estate wine, not quite dry, produced in the style of a light and lively Kabinett with the merest hint of residual sugar. Minerality takes the back seat for once, letting the palate enjoy gentle notes of yellow fruit and a tasteful floral touch, backed by totally refreshing acidity.
