Grown on basaltic soil, this concentrated wine, with a firm structure and a beautiful tannic base, will be the perfect accompaniment to grilled red meat or duck en cocotte. Although it can be drunk right away, as a young wine, you might also want to let it age a bit. This intense red was developed from indigenous yeasts and underwent a two-week semi-carbonic maceration.
