Constant operation helps vent radon gases, treated wood off-gassing and other odors that might migrate into living areas.- Excess moisture can cause mold, mildew and wood rot; under air fans increase air circulation to fight condensation
- Calculate the cubic area of the crawl space by multiplying the length x width x height; divide this number by 15 to determine the minimum CFM necessary to fully ventilate the space in 15 minutes
- 1-fan and small faceplate forventilation openings through brickfoundations (requires switch or dehumidistatto activate)

- Ventilator models are equipped with a factory installed and pre-wired thermostat which will prevent operation of the fan below 35°F outdoor temperature; normal operation of the fan will resume once the temperature outside rises near 50°F

This is a great item. It’s adjustable annd attaches firmly and no tape no adhesive. I’ve been using it for several weeks now charges the phone very fast.. The phone has never fallen off of it. Not even close. Highly recommend this item.

Works great, but included cable is too short
Style: 15W Charger
The cable included is only about 3 feet long and has a USB-a plug. Teslas now have only USB-c outlets, so the cable is useless anyway. If the cable were 6’ long and type USB-c, it could be tucked under the molding and hidden. I had to get another cable to complete the installation. I like this mount/charger because it is nondestructive - it doesn’t use tape or glue to install. The magnet is strong and it charges my phone quickly.

Decent but magnet isn’t strong enough
Style: 15W Charger
Unit appears well made and I feel like it minimizes any potential damage to the screen. For me, magnet just wasn’t strong enough and I wasn’t a fan of the cable - would be nice if product had clips for cable management or something to give it a cleaner install. If it wasn’t for the magnet issue, I probably would have kept. Returned.

Really a nice product!
Style: 15W Charger, Style: 15W Charger
I wanted a nice magsafe charge/holder for my phone and I tried this one and so far, it's great.
Pros:
- It has a really nice-looking LED behind the magsafe holder which glows nicely, as you see in the pic.
- The plastic feels good, strong and (hopefully) not plastic that degrades and becomes brittle.
- The rubber bumpers which hold it in place under the mount against your display seem well-placed.
- It's fully adjustable between positions wherever you wish to mount it.
- You can mount your phone either above or to the side of the display on any corner which provides nice flexibility.
- I found it best on the upper right because on the left, the steering wheel obscures the phone and the two bottom corners aren't useful to me.
- The little knobs work well to hold it in place and tighten nicely.
Cons:
- The only problem is how the design has the cable visible and sticking out when it could have easily been designed to integrate into the little arm so it's hidden. As it is, the ugly, out of place and avoidable USB-C cable is visible which I don't like.
- You can rotate the holder to make the USB-C cable appear in front of the arm holder so it's less visible but it should have been avoided with a simple design modification and integrated USB cable for a more streamlined appearance.
In any case, this is a nice addition to my Model 3 Performance to hold my phone while I drive, out of the way while still charging.

Amazing iphone mount for Model Y.
Color: Upgraded Version - Gray
I was pleasantly surprised at how this phone mount worked for my purpose. I am a care driver and drive a Tesla Model Y. This mount perfectly fit the screen and my iphone doesn't come off even when I hit a pothole.
The best part of this mount is the price. One cannot find anything cheaper than this.
As for the function, this mount really fits the bill. Thumbs up!
