When your transmission stops, you stop. We know, we’ve blown more cases than we can count. That’s because this masterpiece of machinery makes your UTV do what you want it to with the perfect amount of power. And SuperATV has made it better, stronger, and more reliable with our Complete Heavy-Duty Transmission for the Polaris RZR XP 1000. It’s made to order, then thoroughly tested before it ships to ensure perfect quality and maximum performance. We lap our gears to give you a 100% perfect mesh so you can drop this transmission in and go with no break-in period. With upgraded internals and a better case, our transmission will power through the trails that made your OEM case explode.
Upgraded Reverse Chain
Our reverse chain is twice as wide and twice as strong as stock. The reverse chain on our tranny will last longer and handle mush harsher reversing scenarios than OEM ever could.
Upgraded Pinion and Snorkel Gear
We upgraded the materials on our pinion and snorkel gear set to 9310 alloy steel. That’s the same gear material used in airplanes. And the front output shaft is made with 300M—one of the strongest steel alloys you can get. Plus, our pinion and snorkel gear are lapped, meaning they’re mated and broken in together as part of the production process. This means smoother, cooler, and stronger operation.
Upgraded Pinion Bearing Retainer
We also include our heavy-duty pinion bearing retainer. Your stock bearing retainer is one of the biggest OEM weak spots. When it’s not strong enough, it lets your snorkel and pinion gear pull apart, overheat, and explode. Our thicker retainer holds your pinion gear in place to prevent any explosions.
A Better Case
Better gears don’t amount to a hill o' beans if you don’t have a better case to hold it all together. We made our tranny stronger in all the right places but only added one pound of material over stock. Our snorkel tube and axle output has 68% more metal, plus additional support ribs and gussets. Those gussets and fins also help to keep your transmission cooler. We did everything we could to make this the strongest case you can get.
Choose Your Gear Reduction
Ready to bump your torque way up? Choose between stock, 12.5%, or 25% gear reduction for your transmission. A bigger gear reduction means more torque for adding bigger tires and carrying more weight. It also means impressive pulling power through rough trails and deep mud pits. If you're serious about playing hard in your RZR, upgrade to a bigger gear reduction.

Perfect size, high quality

I had a previous catch all tray that I bought on amazon, it used buttons on the 4 corners to turn a flat cardboard into a tray. Over time, the catch all tray got filled up, not just with a wallet, keys and eyeglasses but eventually business cards and other knick knacks. With all the items inside the tray, sometimes the buttons would start to pop out. It wasn't awful, more of an annoyance. But it was time for me to find a more durable tray. I looked on amazon and added 6 different trays that had "potential" into my shopping cart. Then I carefully evaluated each one and deleted them out of my cart until there was only one left. Some had multiple compartments. Some were larger than this one. I felt the ones with compartments would limit my ability to put the things I want in there. Also, I didn't want it so big that it took up too much desk space. Ultimately, I felt this was the perfect size. I'm extremely happy with it, the quality is really nice and it looks and feels durable. No more loose buttons and spilled knick knacks.

Keeps clutter away

Attractive, Simple, And Well-Made

I use this as a "catchall". A place to stash things like my wallet and keys when I enter the door, so that I don't use them (I had been prone to that!). It serves it's purpose well. It's both sturdy and attractive, and a good size for a "catchall". Recommended for those like me who need such things.
