10 levels of resistance, easily adjusted on the side of the rower.

The design is well built, attractive and easy to move. Store vertically or use the quick release mechanism that easily separates the rower into two pieces for easy storage or transport.

The Rower is very easy to construct and so simple to maintain.  It's also made out of corrosive resistant materials. The Frame is made of aluminum and the track is made of stainless steel. Cosmetic components are made out of high-density plastics.
