Mì lạnh kiều mạch Damdu 2kg là loại mì được làm từ bột mì, tinh bột lúa mì kết hợp với bột kiều mạch rang và bột lúa mạch rang tạo nên từng sợi mì tròn dài màu nâu sậm, khi nấu chín sẽ có độ dai mềm đặc trưng khiến người ăn không khỏi thích thú!

Vì thế mà đây là loại mì rất được ưa thích tại Hàn, thường được người dân chọn mua nhiều mỗi khi chế biến Naengmyeon. Với gói mì lạnh này, bạn chỉ cần luộc mì chín, xả qua nước lạnh rồi cho sốt tương ớt gochujang hoặc nước dùng mát lạnh vào trộn đều là có thể dùng được ngay.

Thành phần: Bột mì (lúa mì: Úc, Mỹ), tinh bột lúa mì (nước ngoài: Úc, Hungary, Ý), bột kiều mạch rang (kiều mạch: Trung Quốc) 1.6%, muối tinh luyện, chế phẩm hỗn hợp (natri carbonat, natri bicarbonat), bột lúa mạch rang

Khối lượng tịnh: 2000g (bao gồm 10 vắt mì x 200g)

Bảo quản: Bảo quản đông lạnh ở nhiệt độ dưới -18°C

Hướng dẫn sử dụng: Ngâm mì trong nước và chà nhẹ để mì mềm ra. Cho mì vào nước sôi trên 100°C và đun trong 40 giây đến 1 phút, khuấy đều và nấu cho đến khi mềm. Rửa mì đã nấu chín trong nước lạnh 3-4 lần rồi cho vào tô. Đổ nước dùng đã chuẩn bị vào tô mì rồi cho thêm trứng luộc, dưa chuột, lê vào. Thêm gia vị và mù tạt để làm món mì lạnh thơm hơn.

Most importantly, a driving plot with intense drama that had the perfect balance. But it wasn't childish or over the top. I was over the moon when I recently learned that this book is becoming an adaptation for on Amazon. May 13th can't come fast enough. This book was so good, I decided to check out book #3 in the series, The Score. All 4 books in the Spin off series blurbs sounded interesting. After book #3, I immediately read all the books in the spin-off. Book #1, The Deal is tied with The Play in the spin-off series as my favorite with The Risk in the spin-off being a close 2nd.. Another thing I like about her series is that they all the books are stand-alones. You can also read the books out of order. Each book is a separate couple, so you get a new story each time, alongside following the other characters that were introduced in previous books

Together their chemistry is hot and their relationship just sort of naturally unfolds. I really loved that it didn’t seem forced or rushed, it just happened as it should. Garrett’s story in particular hit very close for me so maybe that is why I felt connected to these characters so much. I am really looking forward to reading the rest of the series.
