Epoch 36V 105Ah LiFePO4 Golf Cart Battery Complete Kit

A proper lithium conversion, not a pieced-together upgrade

The Epoch 36V 105Ah LiMax Series Complete Kit is built for buyers who want to convert a 36V cart to lithium without hunting down the supporting parts one by one. Epoch includes the 36V 15A lithium charger, battery gauge, and 12V converter in the kit, so the system feels like a complete upgrade instead of a battery plus a pile of follow-up purchases. Epoch also positions this model as compatible with all major golf cart brands, which makes it a practical option for a wide range of carts.

One battery, one cleaner setup

At the center of the kit is a 38.4V, 105Ah LiFePO4 battery with a 1P12S cell configuration. That works out to a little over 4kWh of stored energy, giving you a true 36V-class lithium setup in one compact battery rather than a cluster of smaller batteries wired together. For a lot of buyers, that is part of the appeal right away. Fewer components to manage, less clutter in the battery bay, and a setup that feels more modern from day one.

Built for carts that actually get used

This kit is not aimed at the buyer who just wants the cheapest possible swap. It is better suited to someone who uses their cart regularly and wants a battery that feels stable, responsive, and easier to live with over time. Epoch rates it at 200A max continuous discharge, with 300A for 15 seconds and up to 700A for 2 seconds on peak discharge. On the charging side, it supports 100A continuous charge with 300A for 15 seconds of short-duration peak charge or regen capability. Those numbers matter because they help show this is a serious lithium platform, not a light-duty battery dressed up as an upgrade kit.

Everything you need to make the switch feel straightforward

One of the better things about this kit is that it keeps the conversion process simpler for the end user. Epoch includes the pieces buyers usually have to go back and source later, including the charger, battery gauge, and 12V converter. That makes the kit easier to install and easier to understand, especially for buyers replacing an older lead-acid setup and wanting something that feels more complete out of the box. The product page also describes the design as a complete lithium conversion kit, which is exactly how it reads in practice.

Bluetooth monitoring without the guesswork

Epoch also includes Bluetooth app support for iOS and Android, so you are not stuck trying to interpret battery condition from a rough dash reading alone. Real-time battery monitoring is one of those features that quickly becomes part of how people use the cart. It gives you a clearer read on what the battery is doing, helps you keep an eye on status, and makes the system feel far less like a black box. Epoch’s support documentation also confirms that its batteries work with the Epoch Li-Ion app, which is used for connection, monitoring, and firmware-related functions.

Over-the-air updates are a nice thing to have later

A lot of product features sound good on day one and never matter again. Over-the-air firmware updates are not really like that. They are the kind of feature you may not think much about until you are glad the system has it. Epoch specifically lists OTA firmware updates on this model, and its app support documentation shows how firmware updates are handled through the mobile app over Bluetooth. That gives the platform a more current, connected feel and adds a little more confidence that the system is not frozen in place once it is installed.

Long-life chemistry with less maintenance hanging over you

Like the rest of Epoch’s lithium lineup, this battery uses LiFePO4 chemistry, which is popular for good reason. It offers the deep-cycle durability people want, better long-term stability than old-school lead-acid, and far less routine maintenance. Epoch rates this kit for 3,500 cycles, which fits the buyer looking for a longer-life battery solution rather than something that will feel tired after a short run of real use.

Compact enough to fit, strong enough to matter

The battery measures 14.6 inches long, 13.4 inches wide, and 9.9 inches high, with a listed weight of 81 pounds. That gives buyers a fairly compact package for the amount of energy and output on tap. It is a cleaner, more consolidated setup than the larger, heavier banks people are used to dealing with in older 36V lead-acid systems.

Good thermal tolerance for real-world conditions

Epoch lists a charge temperature range of 0°C to 55°C and a discharge temperature range of -20°C to 60°C, which gives this battery a solid operating window for regular use. Storage guidance is listed at 0°C to 35°C for up to 12 months. Those are the kinds of specs buyers tend to appreciate more after they have lived through heat, cold, or seasonal downtime with older batteries that were much fussier about conditions.

Room to expand, if you need it

For buyers thinking ahead, Epoch allows up to two batteries in parallel with this model. That gives you some flexibility to grow capacity later while staying within the same system voltage. Not everyone needs that on day one, but it is useful to know the battery does not force you into a dead-end setup if your runtime needs change later.

Warranty that matches the longer-life pitch

Epoch backs the kit with an 11-year manufacturer warranty, which fits with the whole point of moving to a premium lithium system in the first place. When buyers step up from lead-acid, they are usually not just looking for lighter weight or newer tech. They want fewer replacements, less maintenance, and a setup that feels worth installing once and living with for a long time. The warranty helps support that expectation.

In Short

What it is

The Epoch 36V 105Ah LiMax Series Complete Kit is a full 36V lithium golf cart conversion kit built around a 38.4V 105Ah LiFePO4 battery with Bluetooth monitoring, OTA firmware update capability, and the key accessories needed for a cleaner conversion. The kit includes a 36V 15A lithium charger, battery gauge, and 12V converter, so buyers are not left piecing together the basics after the battery arrives.

Why buyers look at this one

It combines strong output, long cycle life, and a more complete install package in one system. With 200A continuous discharge, up to 700A short peak discharge, 3,500-cycle life, app-based monitoring for iOS and Android, and an 11-year warranty, it is built for buyers who want a more sorted 36V lithium setup from the start.

Quality product for the right dog...
Color: Orange
Honestly it's a really cool product well constructed and moves around on its own with several different modes. The design id brilliant with a tough rubber ball that unscrew to expose the element that makes it move in the middle. The dog won't be able to unscrew it but you can if you ever need to replace the ball for any reason but it would take some work for a dog to destroy the outer ball. Almost like "Kong" type material. The ball is about the size of a softball and the element inside is about the size of a golf ball. I thought my dog would love this but she was afraid of it, which is strange because she's afraid of nothing. Anyways I gave it to my neighbor upstairs and she has a yorkshire terrier who plays with it all the time so it all worked out great. Quality product . Good job!

Thought it was a good idea but not for my dog

Seemed great but my dog continued to bark at it. Finally she hid it and I haven’t looked for it.

Durability
Color: Blue, Color: Blue
won’t give this product 1 star because my dog still had a good time with it for a few hours. After opening and preparing it, I gave it to my dog and it definitely caught his interest. However, when he chewed on it, plastic pieces started breaking off and he began swallowing them. This product is definitely not suitable for aggressive chewers.

Winner !!!
Color: Orange
This amazed us. For perspective, we're talking about a three year old white german shepherd who if he's in the mood, has and can kill a toy within minutes or oddly enough be gentle with furry balls and carry them around as if they are his babies. He's an odd duck. Anyway, since he was a pup, and to this day, he'll play and entertain himself, he'll grab a ball, throw it up in the air, then pounce on it as if it's from outer space. It's really quite cute and funny. Because of those two things I was looking for something interactive that would entertain him and confuse him....let's be honest, watching a confused dog is one of life's great pleasures. I tried two other interactive balls and they were crushed immediately. After reading a lot of reviews, people with german shepherds said this ball actually had a life span. I thought the third time could be the charm and ordered one. Well, I think it actually may be from outer space because he's obsessed with it and hasn't taken a bite out of it. He hasn't once chewed it or even teared little pieces off. The three settings are great. Sometimes he likes one better than another, then forgets about the others. I'll change it up to one he hasn't seen in a while and the whole game starts over again. He'll throw it up in the air as he does with his others, watch it and try to figure out which way it's going to go. And yes, he will pounce on it if he times it right. The size is perfect, it's heavier than your average ball but, that's what make it sturdy. I have to sneak it away when he isn't paying attention to charge it, otherwise he'll sit, stare and cry if he knows it's on the counter charging. It's a lot of fun for all of us. I'm so happy I bought it...... I say give this ball a chance even if you have a beast with killer instincts. I'm buying another for a friends 2 year old golden retriever granddog. Thank you Cheerble.

Great toy, too bad my Shih Tzu is afraid of it. I love the way the movement is subtle and random.
