LP version, part 1. Funky Chicken brings together some of the best Belgian dance tracks from the early '70s. Emerging in a country where virtually every musical wave passes through, most of these tunes were created and recorded by hired guns, in this case, a few clusters of gifted session musicians and composers. The music on Funky Chicken is their take on Afro-funk, soul and Latin. Some of their releases were hit parade cannon-fodder, but occasionally, some spare studio time or the urgent need for a B-side allowed for memorable musical experiments. Funky Chicken is a post-fact documentation, the result of a quest into a period in which information is few and far between - the "black hole" in Belgium's history of popular music, the barren wasteland between the variety orchestras of the '60s and the electronic revolution of the late '70s and early '80s. This series explores the ground dance pioneers built upon. 180 gram heavyweight gatefold 2 LP with liner notes. Artists include: Chakachas, Mad Unity, Rene Costy, Alex Scorier, Open Sky Unit, Plus, Andre Brasseur, Les Helions, Chicken Curry & His Pop Percussion Orchestra, Placebo, Black Blood, S.S.O. (feat. Douglas Lucas & the Sugar Sisters, Nico Gomez & His Afro Percussion Inc., and Chocolat's.

Cute but Ouch
Size: 8.5, Color: Sand
Theses shoes are cute and comfortable to walk in *comfortable to the soles of your feet* HOWEVER, there is part of the inside seem on the outer right ankle that scrapes my leg with every step. I tried to see if wearing them down would help, wearing band-aids, putting duct tape on my leg, mole skin - but nothing helps, by the end of the work day I still feel that scraping seem. And I'm not usually sensitive to this kind of thing. I'm way outside my return window, so I'll have to pass them along to someone else with my same shoe size or donate them. Overall they're a good shoe - i just think mine had an issue when the seems were finished

Size down 0.5!
Size: 8, Color: Black Lizard
Love the black snake skin look, I normally wear a size 8 and these fit more like an 8.5. Works with a thicker sock but I definitely recommend sizing down 0.5.

Comfort+pointed toe=Sam Edelman
Size: 6.5, Color: Dk Chocolate
These are without a doubt the most comfortable shoes/boots, I with a pointed toe, that I have ever worn. The heel is a perfect height to elevate your look without forcing your foot too far forward into the toe box. I have worn these all day long, and have never had them pinch my toes. I’ve even worn them walking through cobblestone streets in London without discomfort. These boots also look amazing with a skirt, dress, or even a pair of jeans. The color is rich and the suede is butter soft. They fit true to size. I wear a 6.5 M. I find this true with all of the shoes I own from Sam Edelman. The quality is much better than the price suggests. I highly recommend these boots. You won’t regret your purchase!
