Hotteok là một món ăn nhẹ rất đặc biệt của Hàn Quốc được làm từ bột mì, khi nhào thật kĩ với đường nâu, vừng, quế cùng với lạc nghiền nhỏ.

Món ăn này tại Hàn Quốc rất được người dân ưa chuộng bởi tính đơn giản dễ làm mà lại rất ngon miệng của nó, một điều nữa là có thể đánh tan cái giá lạnh của mùa đông bằng chiếc bánh nóng hổi ngon hấp dẫn.

Giờ đây bạn cũng có thể tự tay làm món hotteok này với Bột dẻo làm bánh nướng Hotteok 400g

Đây là loại bột được trộn sẵn, bạn chỉ cần hòa bột với nước, cho nhân vào rồi chiên lên là xong ngay. Rất đơn giản và dễ sử dụng!

Nếu muốn chiếc bánh của mình có ngoại hình đẹp và đều hơn thì nhớ dùng thêm dụng cụ ấn bánh nhé!

Thành phần: 

  • Hỗn hợp bột trộn: Bột mì, tinh bột biến tính, bột gạo nếp, dầu đậu nành,...
  • Hỗn hợp mứt: Đường nâu, đường, bột đậu phộng rang, bột mật ong, bột quế,…
  • Men (4g)
Bảo quản: Nhiệt độ phòng, tránh tiếp xúc trực tiếp với ánh sáng mặt trời. Bảo quản lạnh sau khi mở bao bì.

Đóng gói: 400g/hộp ( bao gồm 296g bột, 100g hỗn hợp nhân bánh, 4g men)

Hướng dẫn sử dụng: 

  • Nhào bột: Cho gói men 4g và 180ml nước ấm (khoảng 40~45 độ C) vào trong tô khuấy đều rồi cho 296g bột làm bánh vào trộn và nhào khoảng 5~10 phút thành một khối tròn dẻo.
  • Tạo hình: Sau khi bôi mỏng một lớp dầu ăn vào tay, lấy từng phần bột nhào nhỏ rồi ấn cho bột dẹt ra và cho hỗn hợp mứt vào chính giữa và gói lại.
  • Rán bánh: Rán bằng lửa nhỏ, rán 2 mặt khoảng 1-2 phút hoặc đến khi vàng đều là được, trong khi rán dùng muỗng (hoặc dụng cụ ấn bánh) nhấn bánh xuống cho bánh dẹt ra. (Lưu ý: Hãy sử dụng hết phần bột đã nhào trong ngày)

These Amazon Essentials hook-and-loop athletic sneakers are very pink, so they may not immediately read as “unisex” in color. That said, at this age range, kids’ shoe sizing is the same for boys and girls, which is likely what the unisex label refers to. The shoes fit true to size and are well made. The craftsmanship is solid, with neatly applied seams and glue and no rough edges. The stretchy laces are permanently closed, which keeps them tidy, while the Velcro strap opens wide enough to make it easy for kids to put their feet in and take them off independently. Comfort-wise, these are a win. The inner heel has good cushioning so the shoes don’t rub or scrape the foot. The insole is flat but soft, and the toe box shape works well for most foot shapes. My granddaughter finds them very comfortable for everyday wear. The uppers are made from a nylon-type material combined with soft faux suede, which gives them a nice look and feel. Overall, these sneakers are cute, comfortable, and well made for the price, making them a great everyday shoe option for toddlers and kids.
