Pretty Big Capsules, be aware

They're very big capsules. If you have trouble swallowing they are not for you. Gummies are probably better suited for you. I give these the rating of 3 stars due to the capsule size and the recommended dosage of 3 per day.

Don’t forget your fruits and veggies

I didn’t have any side effects other than I did not feel guilty for not eating all the vegetables and fruit fruits that I should be consuming. I don’t know if it was my mind since I really just started them a week or so ago, but for me, I felt more energy. I even bought the children’s.

Chews Work Better Than Powder

My husband researched the difference in quality & effectiveness between Metamucil gummies and powder. He had fought the order of his gastroenterologist to add fiber to his diet, knowing that the powder form can be hard to dissolve. He finally decided to try the gummies and ... surprise, surprise ... he is actually taking them every day!
