Tương đậu lên men hay còn gọi là Doenjang, là gia vị không thể thiếu trong bữa cơm của người Hàn Quốc. Được làm từ công thức lên men truyền thống, gia vị tương tự như tương miso của Nhật Bản giúp giữ trọn vị thơm ngon bùi bùi đặc trưng của món ăn.

Tương đậu lên men Haepyo 170g được lên men từ các thành phần như bột tương, đậu nành lên men, ethyl alcohol, bột tương, bột đậu nành không chất béo,…

Hướng dẫn cách pha tương chấm thịt với tương đậu:

  1. 2 muỗng tương đậu Hàn Quốc, 1 muỗng gochujang, 1 muỗng tỏi băm, 1/2 cây hành lá băm nhỏ, 1 nhúm tiêu đen, 1 muỗng dầu mè.
  2. Mix tất cả các nguyên liệu trên lại với nhau. Sau đó rắc thêm 1/2 quả ớt sừng cắt nhỏ cùng hạt mè rang là được nhé!

    Great skin relief, but not Vegan.
    Great product but it's not Vegan. As a nutritioist and vegetarian, I'm aware that true Vegans do not eat/use anything containing animals or animal by-producs. Everything else always says "itch relief" and contains strong chemicals which I prefer to not use, especially on my face. After just a couple weeks, the scaly skin is gone and the red is getting lighter every day. It smells very nice as well.
