Description:

The NS3-HDG4 kit from ACT features their most popular Heavy Duty pressure plate paired with a 4-pad spring-centered race disc. ACT's Heavy Duty pressure plates utilize an exclusive diaphragm design to enhance clamp load, minimize deflection, and maximize clutch life. Each diaphragm undergoes a meticulous four-stage heat-treating process for optimal performance. Precision cover stampings ensure consistent rigidity.

The 4-pad spring-centered race disc is crafted with high-quality ceramic friction materials and incorporates a spring-center construction to properly damp torsional vibrations and resist failure under harsh conditions. ACT's spring retainers provide additional support, reducing stress concentrations and increasing reliability. Engagement with this disc is firmer, resulting in faster shifting. It is particularly recommended for smaller disc sizes in smaller engines.
