The K&N 57-3094 FIPK Generation II air intake system replaces the restrictive factory air filter and air intake tubing while retaining the factory air box on select Chevrolet Camaro and Cadillac CTS with V6 3.6L engines. K&N air intakes are designed to dramatically reduce air intake restriction as they smooth and straighten air flow for a guaranteed horsepower gain. This allows your engine to inhale a larger amount of air than the factory air filter and air intake assembly. More air means more usable power and acceleration throughout the engine's RPM range. This air intake comes with a replacement K&N high-flow air filter and an aerodynamically engineered air intake tube that easily connects to your vehicle's factory air box and throttle body. The factory crank case vent tube, and EVAP hose installs into the K&N intake tube. The air filter can be used for up to 50,000 miles before servicing is needed depending on driving conditions. Great oil and makes my engine run quieter
I noticed the engine running much quieter using this oil. The pour mouth is pretty unique for this brand, you can just open the interior cap, pull up the accordion neck and pour into the engine which provides better control over traditional wide mouth, thus less messy. This oil rarely goes on sale and is typically 1.5x to 2x more expensive than the more common US brands.

FRIENDLY REMINDER Don't overtighten the bolts
MUCH better than the cheap plastic OEM part, Just a reminder though, these thread into an aluminum block so be very careful to start them finger tight first, then evenly tighten both bolts to push the fitting into the chamber. If you don't, it will slightly misalign and you run the risk of stripping the threads. The one comes with the replacement o ring, and be sure to get some antifreeze on that seal prior to attempting to push it into the chamber. IT IS A TIGHT FIT, but that's what you want, so just be careful. You might also want an extra hose clamp on hand, as the one that came with this began to bend as it got tight, so I had to replace it for peace of mind. Overall, great product though.
