Patti Smith"There I was sitting in a booth at the co op of Glassboro State College, a bucolic school in the farmlands of South Jersey. . . "There I was sitting in a booth at the co-op of Glassboro State College, a bucolic school in the farmlands of South Jersey. . . Suddenly, the double doors of the co-op swung open and standing there in the vacuum created was an incredible apparition, a vision in a white leather coat with long, jet-black hair flowing down her back. She moseyed in like the bad guy walking into a saloon in an old western movie. This was the first time I set eyes on Patti Smith, and I was captivated.”

So begins Frank Stefanko’s wonderfully personal photographic tale of his friendship and artistic collaboration with Patti Smith. Stefanko’s photographs and his warm, personal recollections show us an amazing young woman, long before she became Patti Smith, the cultural icon. Through images and words, we follow her search for a unique voice—from the early days of the Chelsea Hotel to spoken word at the St. Mark’s Poetry Project to the release of her seminal album, Horses, and so much more.

These photographs, along with the Stefanko’s first-hand account, capture an incredible era from the mid-1960s to the late- 1970s when a whole new genre of music and art was being born. Prior to the release of this collection, many of these stunning portraits had never before been published. They appear here in high-quality quadratone reproduction, highlighting Stefanko’s artistry and his uncanny ability to capture his subject’s inner spirit. Memorabilia from Smith’s personal collection adds to this rare and intimate look at the emergence of one of America’s most respected artists.

With an opening poem from Patti Smith that sets an evocative mood, an introduction by Lenny Kaye, Smith’s longtime guitarist, and a compelling afterword by editor Chris Murray, this book sets the reader on a journey from small-town New Jersey and highlights the enigmatic artist’s triumphant career.

They're ok
Size: Large, Color: Set-mu2
These are ok. I'm 5'6", 150lbs. I got a large. The colors are fun. The waist band is comfortable, fits well, doesn't dig in, and sits high enough to not affect a my C-section scar, but they constantly ride up.

Cotton panties need to be the standard- these are amazing!
Color: C-multicolor(6 Pack), Size: Medium
SO comfortable!! I’ve never owned a pair of 95-100% cotton underwear and I’m never going back. These are so breathable, soft and well made for an affordable price! The lacey detail is so cute and feminine. I got the mediums cause I don’t like my underwear squeezing me but don’t want them too loose either. After washing and drying they fit nicely. They hit at waist as well which I love. Would definitely recommend!

Comfortable Cotton Underwear
These cotton underwear are the perfect combination of comfort and cuteness. They fit true to size and feel very soft and comfortable for everyday wear. The cotton material is breathable and comfortable enough to wear all day without any issues. I also really like the lace detail. It adds a little bit of style and femininity without taking away from the comfort at all. The lace is soft rather than itchy, which is a huge plus. The colors are all pretty and exactly as pictured. They also hold up well after washing. I did not notice any shrinking, stretching, or fading, and they kept their shape nicely. Overall, these are comfortable, flattering, and well made underwear.

Comfy everyday undies
These were really comfortable for everyday wear and didn’t dig in or roll throughout the day. The quality of the cotton felt soft and breathable while still having enough stretch to fit nicely. I also liked that they stayed fairly seamless under leggings and thinner clothing. Good balance between comfort and practicality. I’ve worn them several times and no sign of wear and tear thus far.
