Be Strong Kids is an exciting and fun way to introduce health and fitness into your kid’s life! At Be Strong Kids, we create a safe environment where your child can be themselves, have a ton of fun, make some friends, and have a great experience with exercise and fitness.
Be Strong's very own Coach Sam and a team of assistants will be running one major group of classes: Kids (ages 5-11). Please note that it is not the age of your child that is the deciding factor for what class he or she attends. It is largely based upon individual skill, athleticism, maturity, and it is ultimately decided upon by the head coach to ensure your child is getting the most out of the Be Strong Kids experience. The age range is flexible in which the children can attend. As for the duration of classes, programming will be limited to 40-45 minutes per session.
