Installation & Care Tips
- Install under a properly sized, code-compliant ventilation hood.
- Legs or casters (optional) must be used on combustible floors—never set the range directly on vinyl or wood.
- Limit oversized (>12") cookware to the rear burners to protect front rail components.
- Clean the griddle daily with a scraper and light oil; never pour cold water on a hot plate.
