Background
Vascular endothelial cell growth factor (VEGF) and VEGF receptor 2 (VEGF-R2) are closely related to angiogenesis in glioma. A number of phosphorylated sites, such as Y801, Y951, Y1175, and Y1214 in the VEGF-R2 intracellular domains mediate critical signal transductions, including PI3K/AKT, MAPK, and PKC pathways. Main functions of VEGF-R2 include increasing the expression of VEGF and inducing tumor angiogenesis. In addition, VEGF plays a role in promoting vascular endothelial cell division and angiogenesis through VEGF-R2 and is also involved in promoting the aggressive growth of tumors. In the kidney, VEGF is almost exclusively expressed in glomerular and tubular epithelial cells, while the VEGF-R2 is mainly present in glomerular and tubular endothelial cells, as well as in interstitial cells. The present study shows that VEGF-R2 overexpression in advanced thyroid cancer maintains cancer malignancy and cell survival. Thus, selective targeting of VEGFR2/KDR signaling may be a potential strategy for advanced thyroid cancer treatment.

The orange and blue ball is perfect. Once start taken because the because the blue noisy one was a little to easy for my dog to start ripping pieces off. Will say most toys do not survive his chewing.

Aggressive chewer who loves fetch approved!!

I highly recommend the Chuck-It brand in general, especially for dogs with an aggressive bite. These balls are awesome and are the most durable balls I’ve bought for my 50 lbs lab mix. He has not been able to break one of them yet and we’ve had a few of the squeaky balls for months. They are a bit pricey but worth it.
The one in the pic has been used for months, lives outside and you can see it’s still in great shape.

Good quality dog ball for playing fetch

My dog and family love these chuck it balls to play fetch with our dog. They are durable and fun. They squeak which is added fun for any dog! Regular tennis balls my dog chews apart and they get pretty gross after playing and being left outside. These can be easily washed off and cleaned. These balls last! Would recommend to anyone with a dog and would purchase again.
