The machinery is re-programmed at some point in the season to make a lot which is the ‘blend of the harvest’ from that mill. In Portuguese ‘Curupira’ is a folklore character who protects the forest. This is part of a larger ‘Full Farm Profitability’ project to find value in all the coffee that comes from the producer trees and not just the top lots.
