Excellent cardboard stem that hold the cotton fluff secure and is environmentally friendly. No skin sensitivity. There is no scent making it great for those sensitive to odor or fragrance. The clean completely without the cotton falling apart. Excellent value.

If you have skin sensitivity, these are for you. We have sensitive skin in our family and have no concerns with this product.
