The oven is convenient for 12" pizzas and has a cooking area measuring 33 × 30.5 cm, most suited for family gatherings or small parties. Pies can be cooked with LPG, butane, or propane, all at a gas pressure of 29mbar and a consumption of 297g/h, giving you a powerful output of 4.1kW. It would take a maximum temperature of 500° C in as little as 30 to 45 minutes of preheating to cook as quickly as seen in professional kitchens. The easy and reliable ignition is made with the piezo ignition, and the heat control dial provides perfect temperature control for the best results. For convenience, the oven comes with a stone plate, a pizza peel, a pizza cutter, a 1.5m hose, and propane and butane adapters.
