Protect your most critical IT assets with enterprise-grade power protection from the Tripp Lite by Eaton UPS Smart Online. This online, double-conversion UPS delivers 20,000 VA (20 kVA) of clean, continuous power and up to 18,000 watts of output, designed to safeguard servers, storage, networking gear, and telecom equipment in a rugged 12U rack or tower configuration. Built for performance and reliability, this unit supports complete N+1 redundancy for loads up to 10 kVA, offering exceptional availability for data centers and server rooms. With USB and DB9 management interfaces, a manual bypass for maintenance, and hot-swap battery capability, it minimizes downtime and simplifies ongoing protection in demanding environments that operate on 200–240V utility feeds. Whether you’re deploying in a high-density server rack, a telecom closet, or a mixed IT space, this 20kVA online UPS provides scalable, dependable power to keep critical systems online and responsive.

  • Power protection you can rely on: An online, double-conversion topology continuously rectifies incoming AC power to DC and inverts it back to pristine AC power, isolating connected equipment from input disturbances. This results in stable voltage, clean frequency, and reliable uptime for essential servers, storage devices, virtualization platforms, and network infrastructure.
  • N+1 reliability for uninterrupted operation: When operated at loads up to 10 kVA, the SU20KRTG delivers complete N+1 redundancy. This design helps ensure that a single component failure or maintenance event does not interrupt service, making it a strong choice for mission-critical environments where availability is a top priority.
  • Flexible deployment in a 12U rack footprint: Engineered to fit standard 19-inch racks, the 12U enclosure optimizes space in data centers and server rooms while leaving room for cabling and future expansion. The unit can also be configured as a tower if space or layout requires, maintaining front-panel accessibility and serviceability for quick maintenance and battery swaps.
  • Comprehensive management and connectivity: Local monitoring is enabled via USB and DB9 serial ports, providing compatibility with popular management software and monitoring tools. Front-panel indicators and logs deliver at-a-glance status, runtime estimates, and battery health information, empowering IT teams to plan maintenance, firmware updates, and shutdown policies with confidence.
  • Maintenance-friendly design with hot-swap batteries and manual bypass: The UPS features hot-swappable battery modules and a dedicated manual bypass switch for safe, low-downtime maintenance. Technicians can service, upgrade, or replace components without interrupting power to protected equipment, while administrators continue to receive alerts and status updates during the process.

how to install Tripp Lite by Eaton UPS Smart Online 20000VA 18000W Rackmount 20kVA 200-240V USB DB9 Manual Bypass Switch Hot Swap 12U

  • Plan your layout: Select a stable, well-ventilated location with adequate clearance for airflow, access to the front panel, and rear cabling. Ensure your rack or shelf supports the weight and size of a 12U unit plus connected peripherals.
  • Mount the unit: Install the UPS in a standard 19-inch rack using the provided rails or mounting kit. Ensure the front panel remains accessible for status checks, battery tests, and routine maintenance. If a tower configuration is preferred, follow the manufacturer’s guidance to secure the unit on a stable surface with proper ventilation.
  • Connect input power: Connect the UPS input to a dedicated 200–240 VAC power source that matches the unit’s specifications. Use a properly rated circuit and breakers to support the total load without tripping during peak power events.
  • Route and connect loads: Plug critical devices (servers, storage arrays, switches, and essential telecom equipment) into the UPS output outlets or a compatible PDU. Avoid overloading beyond the 18 kW rated output and distribute heavy loads across the UPS as recommended.
  • Configure communications and software: Attach USB and DB9 cables to a management station or server, and install any provided management software. Configure shutdown policies, alert thresholds, event logs, and battery test schedules to align with your change-management processes.
  • Power-on and verify: Power up the UPS and verify that the front-panel indicators report normal operation. Run a guided battery test if available and ensure that monitored systems receive the expected runtime and alerts during simulated events.
  • Document and train: Record configuration details, network settings, and maintenance procedures. Provide IT staff with quick-reference guides for handling bypass operations, battery swaps, and routine diagnostics to minimize downtime during outages or service events.

Fun with a late blooming omega
Format: Kindle
I like this book. The story is fun, cute, and sexy. There's just a little drama, some excellent, steamy scenes, and a fairly good relationship building storyline. I especially like how all the main characters are a bit older than the usual 20 somethings I tend to see in this kind of book. Having said that, I wish there were more descriptions of the places, as well as the food in the fancy restaurant. I enjoyed the cocktails at the club, so I missed that kind of detail when Gray took Madison on a dinner date. I also wish there had been more interaction between Lucas and Madison, and Lucas and Rian. It felt a bit lopsided, with a focus on Rian, Madison, and Gray. I wish it had been proofread - there are a lot of typos, but nothing too distracting.

Madison Deserved Better
Format: Kindle
Madison was a beta...except she wasn't any longer. She was a late presenting Omega. And she was struggling. She was tall and thin, not tiny and curvy. She was opinionated. She was everything an Omega was not. After suffering through her first heat, her friends took her to Ardor, a club where Omegas came to safely find Alphas. She's not expecting much but then she connects with a sexy beta. And when she meets his Alphas, they set her body on fire. Maybe, she's found her no-strings-attached heat pack. Maybe, she's found something more. I could not connect with the characters in this book, so their story never resonated with me. And there was no love story; there was sex. Grey made it clear from the beginning that he had a true love and it was his beta boy, Rian. He went so far as to reassure Rian “Say the word, I’ll never touch her again. Lucas can put the babies in her. I only need you, beta boy”. So, Madison was there for babies, no emotions needed. Nice. No, thank you. I want the Omega to be the center of their world, not an incubator. Lucas and Rian weren't any better. After her heat, they let her leave. Not one of them made her feel valued. No one gave her a reason to stay or even offered a cuddle. And the sex didn't even come across as mind-blowing. Madison deserved better.

Pretty Darn Good
Format: Kindle
So I’ve been on a omega kick and this definitely hit the spot. Madison was frustrating at times with how she acted towards Lucas, Gray, and Rian. It was like she said towards the end, she didn’t believe she deserved nice things. It would have been nice to hear from her best friends again. They kind of were there in the beginning and the gone except for mention of text messages received from them. I feel like her friends would have been great help in encouraging Madison to go with the pack and never give Brent another chance because he was toxic. I loved Rian. His personality was awesome. His humor. His ability to make Madison comfortable whenever she was feeling overwhelmed. And the fact he fell for her and she fell for him first. They are cute together. I do feel like Lucas was the odd man out though. Like Lucas didn’t develop as much of a relationship with Madison. I would have really liked to see more development in the relationship between them. It was also the same with him and Rian. There is really no relationship displayed. Most of the relationship being displayed is between Rian and Gray. Nevertheless, I loved reading about the dynamic that came to fruition during the entirety of this story. Madison finally got her happiness. And Brent finally got punched in the face. Everyone got exactly what they deserve.
