artist biography
Gunnar Persson was born soon 14 September 1908 in Stockholm. He was a Swedish painter.

Persson studied from 1928 to 1931 at Gottfrid Larsson's målarskola (Painting School) in Stockholm. He undertook numerous private art study trips including ones to France in 1938/39 and again in 1946/47, Italy in 1945, 1955 and 1956, Spain in 1950 and 1952 and Greece in 1954.

He is best known for his landscapes, interiors, figure compositions and portraits paintings in oil or watercolour. Persson liked to work in a fine-tuned grayscale with occasional stronger, contrasting accents in darker black or brown. Persson generally preferred to work in a smaller format. Art critic M. Strömberg wrote of Perrson’s work on 21 March, 1957 in Stockholms-Tidningen newspaper:

'(Persson) invites calm reflections on the poetry of things. It breathes harmony and is a balm for anxious senses ... A certain simplification of form is clear in his latest painting, but he has no direct drive for the far-reaching abstraction.’

Persson had solo exhibitions in Stockholm at Gummesons konst galleri in 1941, 1945, 1951, 1954 and 1957, at Modern Konst i Hemmiljö (Modern Art in a Home Environment) in 1946, in Samlaren 1949 and in Konstnärshuset 1960, in Göteborg 1946, 1948 and 1954. He exhibited at other locations in Sweden including galleries in Linköping, Södertälje and Varberg. He showed in numerous group exhibitions including several Dalarna's Art Association's exhibitions in Falun beginning 1939, exhibitions at Färg och Form in Stockholm, ’Stockholms salongen’ in Liljevalchs konsthall in 1959 and some of Sveriges allmänna konstförening (Sweden's general art association) salons in Stockholm.

Persson is represented in numerous public collections in Sweden includes paintings at the Moderna Museet in Stockholm, Gustav VI Adolf's collection, Kalmar Konstmuseum and the Östersund Museum.

He passed away in 1975.

Hot twists
Format: Kindle
This will keep you on your toes toes in a hot twisty mess. You want to love, hate and root for whom is the big question. I’m quickly getting the next book because it ends on a cliffhanger and damn, it’s got me ready to tear into it!

Ends in a cliffhanger
Format: Kindle
Thankfully, the next book is already available. Roxy Collins is the queen of omegaverse slow burn. This particular series is omegaverse with wolf shifters. Thoroughly enjoyed this book! Lots of suspense and trying to figure out what is true and what's really going on. I loved it! Pretty spicy once the action starts. Heats are pretty much always spicy. There is a little bit of male interaction, but not full-on shmex. Definitely recommend.

Epic!!!!
Format: Kindle
Absolutely addicted from the first page. The twists and turns, world building and character development all come together for the perfect Omegaverse. And let's not forget that spice because knots are life and these are spectacular. Running for book #2 because that cliffhanger was torturous.

Good start to a series
Format: Kindle
I delayed reading the series for reasons I don’t remember. But my TBR list is huge so I thought I’d take a shot of this and I was pleasantly surprised. I didn’t think the blurb about it was anything special. But it was a very good book. It took some interesting twists and turns. I am so glad the second book is already out. Because I would not have waited patiently. Very slow burn but good storyline. 🔥🔥/5

A good read
Format: Kindle
Multiple points of view. 3 Alpha men and an Omega male. She is a Beta in training for a new program placing betas in Alpha/Omega packs. Mila is only doing the program for the money to take care of her dad. She wasn't expecting to fall for a pack but when she sees this packs Omega she is done for. There is just something about him. His Alphas are good looking as well. Too bad she is hiding a secret and their government is acting shady. I liked it and can't wait to see where their story goes.
