The base attaches by Molle straps so that you can attach it to your plate carrier vest, battle belt or the back of your vehicle seat.

The Dual Handles make it easy to carry with you wherever you go. You have one on the front to make grabbing it off the side of your carrier easier and one on the top to grab it down or up as well.

The Duraflex brand buckle used by the military has a bungee inside to allow it to be unbuckled by one handle by pulling on the tassel attached to it.
