Affinato, per un minimo di 6 mesi, in acciaio, questo Gewürztraminer regala un sorso di sorprendente pienezza, che sembra prolungarsi all'infinito.
Ottimo in abbinamento al pesce spada e ai frutti di mare, si sposa bene anche con carne bianca alla piastra.
