Also included is a countersunk hole for mounting to any surface or hung from a threaded rod. These collars are stackable, secure and easy to open and adjust. The regular Stackable version has flats

The regular Stackable version has flats on two surfaces for stacking. The Stackable (Cap) version has a single flat to leave a finished, rounded outside surface when no further stacking is required.
2-Piece Clamp-Type Shaft Collars are designed for use on standard round shafts, hard or soft, as well as on thin wall tube or over a split hub. They can be completely disassembled and placed anywhere on a shaft. They are precision machined, non-marring, easy to adjust, with high clamping power.
