These economical kits can take a variety of different forms based on vehicle characteristics and available space under the hood. Each kit is designed to provide power throughout the RPM range. The extra surface area of these open-air air filters provides even more airflow at lower restriction than a K&N O/E replacement filter which is limited to the size of the factory air box. The larger air filter also captures and holds more dirt increasing its service life before a cleaning is required (up to 100,000 miles). The filter is either directly attached to the engine carburetor or throttle body or indirectly through a tube assembly running from the filter to the engine. All adapters are made from high quality materials such as steel, aluminum, silicon or reinforced nylon to ensure long life. 57i Series Intakes are not legal for use in California and other US States adopting California emission standards.- Guaranteed to increase horsepower

Pup Loves It, Some Other Notes

We've had this for about six months and my 75 lb, 14-month-old German Shepherd pup LOVES IT. Her favorite is "Crazy Bouncing Mode." In fact, she doesn't care much for the normal mode. She chews it a lot - even drops it in her water bowl at times - and it's still going strong.
This is a great purchase. It's nice hands-off entertainment.
Do know that it is heavy compared to a normal ball - if your pup likes dropping it on the ground like mine does, it will land with a hard "thud," even with the included sleeve. Hopefully you don't have downstairs neighbors.
Also know that the cover that goes over the charging port is removable and your dog may choke on it if they chew it in just the right manner. Definitely only let the pup play with it while supervised.
All in all, great toy.

Great dog birthday gift
Love it. Is it the best ball ever? No. I love it because my dog can find it if he lost track of it while I was poorly throwing the ball. Also, if it starta getting dark out and he has it in his mouth, I know exactly where he is.
The glow is great! Pretty bright, changes colors, activatws after a hard bounce.
Changing the battery is easy and just takes a screwdriver.
Bounce is pretty good.
Dog really likes it. He likes things that glow.
It has held up so far, and one of the other dogs, who likes to destroy things, got ahold of it. He is working on not wrecking things, but I know he tried for a little bit and there has been no damage.
The ball does have quite a bit of heft to it, so a small-ish dog isn't going to like the size or weight, likely.

A bit pricey, but then again, our new inflated economy
Nite Ize makes great products. I especially like the extended time the ball stays lit. Especially for those times the dog decides not to retrieve and you're searching the ground for the ball in the dark.
It's heavy. Good for power chewers. Not a lot of bounce but then again the light function is the primary goal.

Stopped working the 2nd day
I realize I am the minority. This ball has great reviews. So it has to just be my bad luck. But it worked great the 1st day. Had some problems with getting it to turn on the next day. After that it never came on again. I bought new batteries and put 2 new batteries in it. It still did not light up. Other than that, it’s great and seems durable. I just can’t get the lights to work on it.
