300mg Caffeine. 15mg Synephrine. Full-Disclosure Thermogenic Capsules.

Viva Thermo Energy is a fully open-label, high-stim thermogenic in capsule form. It focuses on three main things: boosting how many calories you burn, getting you ready for workouts or cardio, and making dieting easier with appetite and metabolism help. This isn't a mild wellness thing. With 300mg caffeine anhydrous plus 15mg synephrine HCl, it's all about that adrenergic thermogenesis—that's the stim-driven fat-burning push—first, then layering in plant-based stuff to make the fat-loss effects broader instead of just relying on caffeine.

The star here is 300mg caffeine anhydrous. That's a solid single dose that ramps up alertness, makes you feel more energetic, and boosts your drive to train. It also helps with thermogenesis by stimulating your central nervous system and those catecholamine signals. In everyday use, you'll notice this first: you're sharper, more motivated to hit the gym, and pushing harder even on low calories. The science on caffeine is solid, and 300mg puts this in high-stim land, not beginner fat-burner vibes.

Synephrine HCl at 15mg teams up with caffeine to amp up the thermogenic side. Synephrine shows up in cutting supps for its adrenergic effects—that means it mimics some stim actions. This dose is right in the practical range for stim-based body comp products. Paired with caffeine, it boosts your felt energy and calorie burn more than caffeine solo, but it means you gotta know your stim tolerance and use it smart.

Green tea extract at 300mg brings in another thermogenic angle. The polyphenols in green tea, like catechins when they're standardized right, help with fat oxidation—that's burning fat for fuel—and revving your metabolic rate. It pairs great with caffeine, turning this from a basic stim pill into a fuller thermogenic setup.

Coleus forskohlii extract at 150mg contributes

Viva Thermo Fuel by Viva Vitamins contains 150mcg Chromium, a effective dose for training performance and pump.

Key Highlights

  • 300mg caffeine anhydrous per serving — that's a real high-stim dose, not some weak energy boost. Most people will feel this clearly in alertness, motivation, and workout drive, especially when calories are low.
  • 15mg synephrine HCl — a solid add that takes this past a plain caffeine pill. In thermogenic supps, synephrine ramps up the energy and fat-loss feel through stim-like ways that complement the rest.
  • 300mg green tea extract — a go-to for thermogenic support that works well with caffeine. Green tea helps with fat oxidation and metabolic push, making the stim effects feel more aimed at body comp than just staying awake.
  • 150mg coleus forskohlii extract — this one works differently by supporting lipolysis through cAMP signaling—that's breaking down fat cells. It adds another fat-loss path beyond just brain stim.
  • 150mg hoodia gordonii — thrown in for appetite help during cuts. Hoodia's evidence isn't the strongest here, but in a calorie deficit, it can make the supp feel more helpful between meals, not just pre-workout.
  • 300mg garcinia cambogia at 50% HCA — that gives you 150mg hydroxycitric acid to help stick to your diet. Garcinia isn't about quick stims; it's more for taming those 'eat everything' cravings that wreck fat loss.
  • 150mcg chromium picolinate — a straightforward add for metabolic support, not some hidden extra. Chromium's science is iffy, but it's common in glucose-control supps and fits in this appetite-and-metabolism mix.
  • Cayenne plus ginger — small but smart adds that fit the thermogenic vibe. They bring some warmth, help digestion, and round out the 'thermo' feel better than caffeine by itself.

Who Is This For?

  • Lifters in a cutting phase keeping workout intensity up as calories drop. The 300mg caffeine and 15mg synephrine fight off that tired feeling in a deficit, while green tea extract and coleus add fuller thermo effects than caffeine alone.
  • Morning cardio fans needing a grab-and-go fat burner before fasted walks, treadmill hikes, or quick sessions. 3 capsules deliver a fast stim hit without powder hassle, and hoodia plus garcinia make mornings easier to handle.
  • Busy folks dropping fat who train early or at lunch and want capsules that travel easy. It's made for convenience, but doses are punchy enough to feel like a legit high-stim thermo, not a weak energy top-up.
  • Seasoned caffeine users who've moved past low-stim burners that hype more than deliver. With 300mg caffeine, synephrine, and thermo plants, it's for people wanting a stronger feel with solid tolerance.
  • Dieters battling energy dips and hunger more than workout know-how. Hoodia, garcinia, chromium, and the stim base target those big hurdles: fading drive and rising appetite.
  • Casual gym types wanting a thermo for off-days too, to keep a cut on track. Capsules without pump stuff make it versatile for pre-cardio or just daily fat-loss help.

How to Use

Start with 1 capsule to check tolerance, especially if high-stims are new to you. Full serving is 3 veggie capsules, best 20-30 minutes before cardio, training, or your tough energy/appetite spot. Lots of folks feel it stronger on an empty stomach, but with a light meal it can ease gut hits if caffeine or thermos bug you. Swallow with water; no mixing needed, super handy for trips or work. Don't stack full serving with other stim-heavy stuff unless you're watching total caffeine and synephrine. If you use pre-workout, pick one or the other per session unless the pre's stim-free. For cutting, run it daily but throw in low-stim days to handle tolerance. Keep it cool and dry, away from hot cars or sweaty gym bags.

What to Expect

Minutes 0-10: capsules mean no instant rush, maybe just a slight warm-up if your stomach's empty. Minutes 10-25: caffeine starts hitting as focus sharpens, motivation rises, and it feels like the supp's kicking in. Minutes 25-45: peak time for most, with max mental drive, body heat, and easier effort in cardio or training. Minutes 45-120: energy stays up, but the edge might ease based on food and your tolerance. Days 1-7: effects are right away—more energy, thermo feel, and better hunger control some days. Weeks 2-4: the payoff is sticking with it, like reliable workouts and fewer diet slips, but daily use can dull the rush without breaks.

Frequently Asked Questions

How much caffeine is in Viva Thermo Energy?

A full 3-capsule serving delivers 300mg caffeine anhydrous. That places it firmly in high-stim territory, especially when combined with 15mg synephrine HCl.

Is Viva Thermo Energy a strong fat burner or a mild daily energy product?

It is a strong thermogenic, not a mild pick-me-up. The 300mg caffeine plus synephrine backbone is designed for experienced stimulant users who want a noticeable effect during a cut.

When should I take Viva Thermo Energy?

Take it 20-30 minutes before training, cardio, or the part of your day when low energy and appetite usually hit hardest. Morning or early afternoon use is best for most people because 300mg caffeine can interfere with sleep if taken too late.

Should I start with the full 3-capsule serving?

Not if you are unsure of your tolerance. Start with 1 capsule, then work up to 2 or 3 only if you handle the stimulant load well and do not experience excessive jitters, rapid heartbeat, or stomach discomfort.

Can I stack this with pre-workout?

Only if the pre-workout is stimulant-free or very low in caffeine. Because this formula already contains 300mg caffeine plus synephrine, stacking it with another high-stim pre-workout can drive stimulant exposure too high.

What does the green tea extract do in this formula?

Green tea extract is included to support thermogenesis and fat oxidation, especially in combination with caffeine. It helps make the formula more than just a stimulant capsule by adding a classic metabolic support ingredient.

Are the appetite ingredients in this formula strongly dosed?

They are supportive, but they are not the formula’s main engine. Hoodia at 150mg and garcinia at 300mg are there to help with dietary adherence, while the primary impact of the formula still comes from the stimulant and thermogenic core.

Is this formula fully transparent?

Yes. There is no proprietary blend, so every active ingredient and dose is disclosed on the label. That is a real advantage in the fat-burner category, where hidden stimulant blends are still common.

Can I use Viva Thermo Energy on non-training days?

Yes, many users take it on non-training days during a cut for appetite and energy support. Just be mindful that daily use can build stimulant tolerance over time.

Does this contain common allergens?

The listed inactive ingredients are rice flour and vegetable cellulose capsules, and no major common allergens are disclosed in the provided data. As always, anyone with severe sensitivities should verify the final bottle label before use.

Boredom Buster
Color: Green
This ball has been a boredom buster lifesaver. On the first day my 15 week golden retriever puppy played with it for a good 2 hours straight. I was nervous he would immediately get bored with it but nope, he searches for it every day. It has helped with his puppy teething, he's more likely to play with this ball than come up and use my hand/arm/clothes to teethe on. The battery lasts a good amount of time and is quick to charge but I did wish it lasted a bit longer. Overall I'm very happy. We live in a top floor apartment but the noise doesn't seem to be too bad for the neighbors. It's good quality and seems durable. Edit: The velcro for the sleeve wears out within a couple uses. It keeps falling off. It was my puppies FAV thing about the toy because of the pull tag thing. So now it's ineffective for him. Not sure if there's a way to get a new sleeve or not.

One of the best dog toys I’ve bought off Amazon in a long time
Color: Green
My dog Rosie is a heavy tower so it is difficult to find balls she doesn’t destroy quickly. I came across this item on Amazon and it is honestly one of the best pet toys I’ve ever bought on Amazon. After a long day of work sometimes I come home and Rosie has a lot of energy. I turn this ball on fast mode and she has so much fun. I do worry about how much shaking in her mouth. I don’t wanna give her a headache, lol but there’s also a slow mode that you can press for the ball to slowly move around, but it’s a really good toy and I’m happy. I purchased it if you have a heavy tower, I wouldn’t worry about them breaking it because we’ve had it for a couple weeks now and she’s doing great.

Not indestructible, but dogs love it
Color: Green
My dog LOVES this toy. Unfortunately, she loves it so much she destroys it. I have now purchased FOUR of these, but if left unattended for 5 minutes, my American terrier breaks this apart. She loves it so much though, I keep buying replacements. This is a wonderful enrichment toy, but you must keep an eye on your toothy friend.

Engaging and Fun, But Lacks Durability for Strong-Gripped Dogs
Color: Green
The internal mechanism of this toy works very well, and the ball’s movement immediately caught the attention of my Boxer pup. He was absolutely fascinated and spent hours each day playing with it. However, while the toy’s design is engaging, the durability of the exterior leaves much to be desired—especially for dogs who tend to pick things up with a firm grip. We didn’t know what to expect since our pup hadn’t previously played with an interactive ball, so we supervised playtime and made sure to store the ball in a safe spot when we couldn’t keep an eye on him. Despite this, the ball didn’t hold up. Our pup wasn’t intentionally chewing it. He simply carried the ball in his mouth when we moved downstairs or to another room, yet the grip while he carried the ball caused significant damage to the exterior. Within about a week of regular use (approximately 40 hours in total), the ball’s outer layer became deeply gouged by his teeth. To clarify, my pup wasn’t biting down hard or trying to destroy it, but his natural grip while carrying the ball left deep grooves in the surface. In just days, these gouges made the exterior sharp to the touch and compromised the structure. By the end of the week, we couldn’t screw the cover back together after removing it to recharge the ball, which made it unusable. And I was dismayed that there aren’t replacements readily available. Overall, my pup absolutely loved this toy — it was engaging and kept him entertained for hours. However, if your dog has a strong grip or frequently carries toys in their mouth, this may not hold up as well as expected. It’s a great concept but needs a more durable outer layer and replacement hard covers to make it a long-term investment.
