The Crown Chakra is located at the top of the head. It's function is understanding. Our bowls have different frequencies depending on which chakra they are used for. Frequencies of the sound are different, the base tone remains unchanged but the sound waves differ.  Use the gong around the sides of the bowl and as a bell to allow the sound to wash over your body, and absorb through, allowing the energy to cleanse and unblock your chakra

A heads up on opening the entire thing: the round container’s Lid is screwed on VERY LOOSELY. Be mindful when you’re unboxing. Screw it back on very tightly. It sprays the glitter perfectly, so it’s easy to get a flawless application every time. (Don’t forget to keep the little nozzle cover to protect it!) Honestly, I wouldn’t apply it any other way than with the bottle—it just makes everything so much smoother. 🤷🏻‍♀️ If you happen to go overboard, just grab the closest shirt and wipe off any excess. No point in wasting any of this stuff! :) Oh, & those two little gloss bottles are actually glue, which is perfect for keeping everything right where you need it to be. Here’s a little pro tip: I used the same tape that kept the box sealed to reseal the lid of the round glitter container until I’m ready to use it. Worked like a charm! 😎 It’s a small detail, but it will keep everything neat, and prevent unwanted glitter explosions in the future. If you’re a sparkle lover, you’ll adore this glitter—it’s as pretty in person as it looks online!
