The ARIES TrailChaser Jeep bumper is unlike any other bumper for the Jeep Wrangler JL and Gladiator because it features a modular design. With a variety of options to choose from, you can select the perfect configuration to match the style of your Jeep. All TrailChaser bumpers are also compatible with a variety of accessories, including LED lights, D-rings, tow hooks and a winch. This particular TrailChaser bumper comes with a center section, corner end caps and angular center brush guard. The corners feature unique cutouts to integrate the Jeep JL / JT fender flare turn signals when installing aftermarket fender flares. The bumper is constructed from T6 aluminum alloy to be strong, lightweight and rust-free, and has a unique, textured black powder coat finish for maximum corrosion resistance. It is also available in high-strength, powder-coated steel. The bumper center section features a standard 22-1/2" x 7-3/4" winch housing and is compatible with the ARIES winch adapter #2072100 for larger winches. It provides cutouts for lights and has pre-drilled holes for D-rings #2081300 and tow hooks #15600TW. The stinger-style angular brush guard of this bumper not only adds an aggressive look to your Jeep JL/ JT, but it also provides additional mounting points for an LED light bar or LED work lights. It features a full-length, slotted channel along the center cross-member, allowing lights to be mounted on the top or bottom. All ARIES TrailChaser bumpers install using pre-existing factory mounting points for fast, easy installation with no drilling required.

Learn why we cry in this great kids book!

I received a digital copy of this book from the publisher. All thoughts and opinions are my own.
"Some days we cry because we call out for a hug but all we get back is an echo."
Why Do We Cry? begins with a boy asking his mother why we cry. There are many answers to such a question and the mother helps the boy explore the many reasons why we may shed tears.
As the mother explains the reasons why we cry, the illustrations become a bit surreal, to show the emotions and feelings associated with crying, from sadness to anger to grief. The mother compares and contrasts, all the while weaving a poetic story about her own life or memories and emotions.
This book reminds us that it is okay to cry, that crying can be a release, a way to heal, or let go. It helps us understand the difference between emotions and how they affect us.
There's an educational spread at the end of the book that teaches us the different types of tears, one of which--emotional tears-- is featured in this book, what they are made of, and even how much they weigh!

A Beautiful & Informative Exploration of Tears and Feelings

A nonjudgemental and supportive exploration of the reasons we cry accompanied by imaginative and thoughtful art. Beautiful and informative, the final two pages include scientific information on tears to complement the emotional context of the main part of the story. Suitable for ages 3 to 7.

It's okay to cry
Format: Kindle
This picture book beautifully normalizes the reasons why children (and adults) may cry. It passes no judgment and does not belittle. Rather, some of the many reasons for tears are described; these include anger, sadness and happiness among others. Crying is seen as a normal response to being human. At the end of the book, there is additional information, some of it scientific, about tears. The book is sensitively illustrated with gorgeous pictures that enhance the text. This would be a great title to share with a child you know.
