The stainless steel top features openings for nine 1/6-size and three 1/9-size pans (included), along with a removable cutting board for convenient preparation. One epoxy-coated adjustable wire shelf provides flexible storage, while the easy-grip door handle ensures quick access.
Equipped with a rear-mounted self-contained refrigeration system, the unit maintains a consistent temperature range of 32–40°F, keeping ingredients fresh. Heavy-duty casters with two front brakes provide mobility and stability in busy kitchen environments.
