Mes Favorites is his signature cuvée: a blend of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay drawn from his most prized parcels, vinified with the precision and restraint that has made Hébrart a benchmark for the grower Champagne movement.

Pale gold with a fine, persistent mousse and an elegant bead. The nose is complex and layered: fresh brioche, white peach, lemon curd, toasted almond, and a chalky mineral depth that speaks directly to the grand cru terroir of the Marne.
