Click here for more information on Decoupage Papers. *George Brookshaw’s “Six Birds, Accurately Drawn and Coloured after Nature, with Full Directions for the Young Artist”, designed as a companion to the “Treatise on Flower Painting”. Each colour plate has a matching uncoloured plate so the reader can copy the colour illustration. Brookshaw (1751-1823) was an artist and teacher of flower painting who exhibited at the Royal Academy in 1819.
