Salento Negroamaro IGP “Piromáfo” 2015 di Cantina Fiorentino è ottenuto con i migliori grappoli selezionati nei vigneti di proprietà condotti in regime biologico certificato. Dopo la pigiatura, la fermentazione in acciaio è seguita da un’elevazione di 18 mesi in grandi botti di legno, per poi proseguire il lento affinamento in bottiglia. Un rosso di razza, capace di sfidare il tempo in cantina.
