HOW TO USE PERFECT PREP EQ™ EXTREME
Suggested Use: For maximum effect use 80cc (one full oral syringe) 90 minutes prior to activity. Adjust for desired results. Effects begin 1 hour after administration and can last up to 6 hours. Feed carefully to assure swallowing. Flows best at room temperature.

Active Ingredients: Proprietary blend of L-Tryptophan, Thiamin, Magnesium Amino Acid Chelate, Inositol.
L-Tryptophan
L-Tryptophan, a key ingredient in Perfect Prep EQ™ Extreme and Supreme, is an essential amino acid that is known to be converted in the body to serotonin, the chemical that produces a feeling of well being in mammals and induces sleep or drowsiness. It has more quieting effect when used on an empty stomach.
Thiamin
Thiamin or Vitamin B1 is an essential B vitamin that is key in the digestion of polysaccharides. Large doses of thiamine are known to provide a high level of calming effect on the horse. Perfect Prep EQ™ products use effective levels of the most absorbable thiamine compounds to calm the nervous system and relax the horse.
Magnesium
Magnesium is an essential mineral in the horse that acts to stabilize the fright-flight reflex. It works on the cellular level to help store glucose and minimize the rapid changes in blood sugar that causes excitability. Magnesium in high levels is also effective at slowing the heart rate and relaxing muscles.
