This foundational training is ideal for organizations with 9 or fewer employees and for individuals who want to build practical first aid and emergency response skills. Through hands-on instruction and real-world scenarios, participants will learn how to confidently respond to common medical emergencies at home, in the workplace, or in public settings.

Course Overview:

• Emergency First Aid Principles: scene safety, victim assessment (AVPU scale), EMS activation
• Basic Life Support (BLS): CPR for adults and children, AED use
• First Aid for Common Injuries: bleeding, fractures/sprains, burns (1st–3rd degree), chemical exposures
• Choking and Fainting: Heimlich maneuver, airway clearing
• Infection Control: PPE usage, proper disposal, safety drills

Training Package Includes:

• Hard copy of the training manual
• DOLE-compliant Certificate of Completion (e-certificate or printed)
• PVC ID
• Instruction from licensed emergency care professionals
