The red stem starts this wonderful Pez dispenser off as it transitions into the main face/head. The dispenser is decorated in a green feather headdress with orange/red black hair. The head itself consists of a standard Pez head but what is different is the attached whistle that actually works. The whistle sounds more like a screech than a whistle but it is amazing nonetheless.
