Native to Mediterranean region of Europe, Milk Thistle (Silybummarianum) is an annual herb growing up to six feet tall. Silymarin, the medicinal component of Milk Thistle, is concentrated in the fruit and seed. Each of Organika's Milk Thistle Capsules contains 250 mg of Silybummarianum, providing a potency of 200 mg of Silymarin. Organika also offers Milk Thistle Liquid Extract, providing 125 mg in each dose, a Silymarin potency equivalent to 87.5 mg. Take 1 capsule or 1 ml three times daily to provide your body with a liver protectant and to support liver function.
