Botanicals such as juniper, cardamom, coriander seed, orange peel, nutmeg, chile ancho, hibiscus, lemon grass and avocado leaves are added during the second distillation. The result is a mezcal infused with gin aromatics.
Nose - Cardamom, Orange peel, Juniper, lemongrass, fresh pine and ripe lemons with a waft of ancho chilli and hibiscus.
Palate - Sweet agave, citrus and herbal notes evolve in the mouth and develops into hibiscus flower, cardamom and fresh lemon notes.
