FeedingCarnivorous and aggressive feeder. Prefers live or frozen foods such as small fish, shrimp, worms, and other meaty items. Requires a high-protein diet to maintain condition.
Tank MatesBest kept alone or with very large, non-aggressive fish. Avoid smaller species that may be seen as prey. Needs a tank that can accommodate its size and active behaviour.
