Upgrade your Carli equipped Ford F250/350 with a Carli Suspension Torsion Sway Bar Kit - Without End Links (For 2.5"/3.5" Lift) CS-FTSB-LVL-17-UPGRADE. Like any other spring on your stock Super Duty, the factory Sway Bar is nearly immobile. It's also the most neglected spring on the vehicle as most fail to look beyond the front coil springs and rear leaf springs when trying to "soften" the feel of the factory ride. The sway bar is essentially a brace, which locks the axle to the frame. This means that What you hit with one tire is immediately transferred to the other tire and then into the frame causing a high frequency reverberation/chatter felt in the cab. If you've ever hit a manhole cover on the driver's side tire and felt a shake in the entire truck or entered an off-camber driveway and smacked your head on the window - you can thank the factory sway bar. In all reality, the sway bar is at fault for many of the small-bump compliance gripes due to immobility.
So what is the use of the factory sway bar? These trucks are heavy. Even with radius arms (which are much better for sway control), a bit of supporting spring rate plays a substantial role in keeping the body roll in check and keeping the suspension composed. The Factory sway bar is setup to load the truck to the maximum legal weight and haul it safely. If this is all you're doing, there's no better option for you. Put a 3,500 pound cab-over camper in the bed and hit some remote mountain roads on the way to your destination and you can understand why Ford did what they did.
Now if you're like most that aren't loaded to the GVWR every day, the Carli Torsion Sway Bar provides the final link lightening the last spring on the truck, maximizing the ride quality of your Super Duty Pickup. Keeping your factory-equipped sway bar limits comfort, removing it completely makes for questionable control when you're hauling or if you have to make an emergency maneuver. The Carli Torsion Sway Bar splits the difference perfectly giving a small amount of differentiation side to side before progressively engaging to add the needed control as leverage is applied. You can rip corners in the dirt with surgical precision knowing there's exactly enough rate to hold the body steady while cutting your line through the dirt. After that, you can tit the tarmac and enjoy the benefit of the lighter rate bar while cruising around town with its on-road feel similar to that of an independent front suspension. No more dealing with chassis reverberation on small bumps, and the suspension can dance in the level cab while hitting off-camber driveways.
The arms on the Carli Torsion Sway Bar are constructed of solid 3/4" cold-rolled steel, the bar itself is a custom rate, heat treated torsion bar which passes through Carli in-house machined, hard anodized billet aluminum drop brackets that house the bushings. The Carli Torsion Sway Bar is designed with drop brackets specific to their 2.5" to 3.5" lifts. This kit does not include end links as it is intended to upgrade a truck with existing Carli end links or and a drop bracket kit.
Parts Included: CS-FTSBBRKT-LVL-17; CS-FTSBKIT-17

Perfect size and amount for family travel
Size: 3 Fl Oz (Pack of 6), Style: SPF 50
My usual brand raised its prices, leaving me in a bind to find a cheaper alternative that works well and is suitable for our family trips. I stumbled upon this brand and decided to give it a try. The travel-sized multi-pack is priced reasonably, and I received it promptly. I’ve decided to make this brand my go-to for travel products.

WWI survivor tries to rebuild his life as a mystery writing detective, twisty, fun, interesting!
Format: Kindle
Marius Quin is a complicated man, who does not take himself too seriously. Sent off to WWI at 18, leaving behind the woman he still loves, he survived the horrors of the trenches. After the war he spent a few years in Europe trying to recover before returning to England and becoming a mystery writer. He still has some rough edges, but he is quick witted, curious and when he has the chance to team up with the love of his life, Lady Bella, to look into a murder, he jumps at the chance to spend time with her and solve the mystery. The plots in the books so far have all been very interesting and twisty, with detailed historical settings and interesting supporting characters. Add the underlying draw for Marius to be with Bella, his best friend, whom he shattered by leaving and disappearing for years instead of marrying her. Throw in his post war PTSD and his drive to do the right thing, and you have a great read in every book!

Slightly torn but invested for what's next
Format: Paperback
This is my first Benedict Brown book. I don't know what it was that it was difficult for me to "get into" this book. It almost felt dragged out in some parts instead of getting to the point. And other times it felt like the author was trying too hard, if that makes sense. Each time I picked it up, it took a bit to warm up to it then I couldn't put it down. Then again, I'd stop and have to start that process all over again and I have no idea why. It is funny in parts. Definitely a cozy mystery, none of the blood and gore.
I did enjoy the twist, although it was in the back of my mind from the onset. I wouldn't say I won't read the next one, sometimes the first book in a series is not always the best....oddly I've found myself endeared to Marius and feel invested in knowing what adventure he'll face next!

Great new 1920's British Mystery Series
Format: Kindle
This is a 1920’s British mystery along the lines of Agatha Christie’s classic novels. It is the first book in the series and features a mystery writer – Marius Quin. The book begins with Quin having successfully published his first novel, but having problems meeting his publisher’s demand for a second. Depressed when he leaves his publisher’s office, he accidentally meets an old love of his, Bella, a woman he had wanted to marry ten years before but, because he was leaving to fight in WWI, he didn’t propose. It is Bella who invites him to a New Year’s Eve weekend party at Everham Hall, home of a famous film actor. During the weekend, one of their party is killed and so begins the hunt for the murderer, with Marius and Bella investigating. There are plot twists and turns until the denouement when the killer is revealed. I really like both of the main characters (Marius Quin and Bella), and I’m a fan of that time period and of country manor mysteries. I’ve enjoyed Benedict Brown's Lord Edgington novels and find this new series equally appealing.
