Recently, Trucillo Caffè has taken its high level of expertise in the art of roasting and passion for coffee to a whole new level. With the introduction of their Professional line, Trucillo once again improved its high-class bar blends. These go far beyond what is considered a high standard even in Italy in terms of quality. To guarantee absolutely perfect and flawless processing and roasting, Matteo Trucillo takes care of it personally. These varieties are particularly close to the heart of the founder's son.

Green coffee beans from four different growing regions are combined for this exquisite blend. You can rely on the quality of the beans from Brazil, Nicaragua, Ethiopia and Asia at Caffè Trucillo. In 2020, the roastery will celebrate its 70th anniversary. The long-standing cooperation with trustworthy green coffee traders ensures consistently impeccable quality. This is always the highest priority for Caffè Trucillo.

It goes without saying that the selected Arabica and robusta beans are roasted gently and slowly in a drum roaster. Each individual variety undergoes special treatment. This means that the roasting profile is individually adapted to the bean. This prevents large green coffee beans from not yet being fully roasted and small, fine pearl beans from already being burnt. That is why Trucillo takes the trouble to refine each variety separately and to get the best out of the bean. Only then are the individual varieties combined into a unique blend - in this case, the Trucillo Crema Bar.

The result of this elaborate and passionate work is finally reflected in the cup. An intense yet very velvety flavour with delicious notes of chocolate and toasted bread pampers the tongue. The Robusta content ensures a fine-pored, hazelnut-brown crema that lasts an exceptionally long time. Every sip tastes simply exquisite and the best thing is - the pleasant reverberation remains on the palate for a long time. A pleasure as it is written in the book.
